Black soldier fly larvae are raised on a probiotic-treated grain diet and contain 20x more calcium than the leading feeder insect. Their balanced Calcium: Phosphorus ratio makes them the ideal diet for your reptiles. Since the CA:P ratio is balanced BSFL has the most absorbable calcium of any feeder insect and there is no need for additional dusting.

We guarantee live delivery, and always include an additional 10% with your order to ensure satisfaction. The shelf-life of our BSFL is at least 2 weeks if stored as instructed.

Came alive and well! Seller waited for warmer temperatures (it was below 30F here in AK), but it arrived within 1 week.

Varied sizes from 1.5 cm to 3 cm in length. Surprisingly very few dead larvae. Ordering another 500 after I finish writing this.

Our outdoor composter had an awful fruit fly infestation, such that hundreds would emerge every time we opened the lid. It was unpleasant and they were following us back into the house after we deposited food waste in the compost. Only one week after adding these BSF larvae to the compost, 99% of the fruit flies are gone. We should have done this a long time ago!
